Amnesty International writes to urge that the Royal Thai Police, when policing assemblies,, do not arbitrarily interfere with exercise of the right to peaceful public asssembly. The organization calls on the Royal Thai Police to discharge their . positive obligations to ensure and facilitate respect for human rights, including the rights to freedom of expression and peaceful assembly.
