เมื่อวันที่ ๒๘ กันยายน ๒๕๖๐ นางอังคณา  นีละไพจิตร  กรรมการสิทธิมนุษยชนแห่งชาติ ในฐานะรองประธานอนุกรรมการด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนในพื้นที่จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ ได้เข้าร่วมงานฉายภาพยนตร์ การประกาศผลและมอบรางวัลการประกวดผลิตภาพยนตร์สั้นส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชน  ภายใต้โครงการผลิตสื่อสารคดีส่งเสริมสิทธิมนุษยชน สื่อศิลป์ ปี ๕ “Human Rights : แลต๊ะ แลใต้” ณ สถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยพีบีเอส  และได้กล่าวในงานว่า “สถานการณ์ด้านสิทธิมนุษยชนที่เกิดขึ้น ไม่ว่าจะในพื้นที่ใดก็ตาม จะมีชุดข้อมูลหลายชุด การทำหน้าที่สื่อต้องเปิดรับข้อมูลที่รอบด้าน รวมทั้งเปิดพื้นที่ให้กับผู้ที่มีความเห็นต่างด้วย เพื่อให้เกิดความสมดุลและเป็นการสื่อสารสิทธิมนุษยชนที่มีประสิทธิภาพ”

The Myanmar authorities’ restrictions on international aid in Rakhine state is putting tens of thousands of lives at risk in a region where mainly Rohingya people are already suffering horrific abuses from a disproportionate military campaign, Amnesty International said today.

Today, Amnesty International in partnership with The International Commission of Jurists (ICJ), Human Rights Watch, the International Federation for Human Rights (FIDH), Thai Lawyers for Human Rights and the Cross Cultural Foundation submitted a joint letter to the Royal Thai Government on International Day of the Disappeared which is held on 30 of August annually, to raise the issue publicly and to bring the cases to the court with neutrality.
