But now, the US has gone further. The Senate has now rewarded that atrocious conduct by promoting someone that reportedly administered it to lead one of the government\u2019s most powerful agencies.&#8221;<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n<p>Eviatar added that&nbsp;\u201cWe already knew from the 2014 Senate torture report that it was more than just \u2018a few bad apples\u2019 supporting brutality in the CIA interrogation program.
