Working closely with campaign colleagues, the postholder develops communication approaches, messaging frameworks, and communication plans that support advocacy objectives and strengthen campaign impact.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the Communication Team, the role collaborates closely with Digital Communication, PR Communication, and Community &amp; Impact Communication colleagues to deliver integrated communication strategies and audience engagement across multiple channels.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The postholder reports to the Communication &amp; Public Relations Manager and works closely with the Senior Communication Officer as applicable on day-to-day communication coordination, quality assurance, and campaign communication alignment.&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><br><br><strong>1. Campaign Strategy and Communication Integration&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Represent communication perspectives within campaign planning processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participate in campaign design, planning, implementation, and review processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure communication considerations are integrated throughout the campaign cycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Advise campaign teams on audience engagement approaches, communication opportunities, narrative positioning, and communication risks.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Develop communication approaches that support campaign objectives and advocacy goals.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support campaign teams in identifying opportunities to strengthen public engagement and influence.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. The role also works with Growth &amp; Acquisition, Fundraising, MEL, and Operations teams to support organisational&nbsp;objectives&nbsp;and campaign impact.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br><strong>Qualifications and Experience&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in communications, journalism, political science, international&nbsp;relations,public&nbsp;policy&nbsp;or a related field.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At least&nbsp;3\u20135&nbsp;years of experience in communication, campaigning, advocacy, or related work.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience supporting communication for campaigns, advocacy initiatives, or public engagement&nbsp;programmes.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong&nbsp;understanding&nbsp;of human rights issues and public advocacy.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent&nbsp;writing, editing, storytelling&nbsp;skills in Thai and&nbsp;good&nbsp;working&nbsp;proficiency&nbsp;in English.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working across multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple priorities.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Basic skills in visual communication, graphic design, information design, or data visualisation are expected.
