Amnesty and the ICJ advise changes to a draft bill on preventing torture and enforced disappearances in Thailand

Amnesty International and the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) has submitted recommendations to the Minister of Justice of Thailand that some changes need to be made to a draft bill aiming to prevent torture and enforced disappearance, in order to protect people's lives and to comply with Thailand’s international obligations.
