Amnesty International Thailand is inviting our members, our media friends and everyone who is interested in human rights to attend the launch of Amnesty International Annual Report 2017/18. The launch will be held around the same time around the world on 22 February 2018.

Our 2017/18 report documents the state of human rights worldwide during 2017. Thailand saw the repeated violations of human rights such as freedom of expression, freedom of assembly, judicial system, impunity, enforced disappearance, torture and human trafficking. The launch in Bangkok will also cover human rights situation in Myanmar and the Asia-Pacific region.

Amnesty is not only to point out the problems, we are here to have a conversation with the public in order to find our mutual solutions. Therefore, we will host a talk on Human Rights Education which we believe can be the most sustainable solution of our society.
